Conversational AI twin built on Copilot Studio (GitHub Copilot harness) grounded strictly on verified career facts and 44 technical articles, with browser voice input and automated email/KakaoTalk transcript delivery.
Real-time speech captioning, bilingual translation, and Korean HD neural voice dubbing running over a self-hosted backend and Cloudflare tunnel with automated GitHub Actions deployment.

Alongside my lead-instructor work, I serve as a technical coach (assistant role — supporting the lead instructors, not lead instructor) at Day1Company (Fastcampus) for enterprise AI agent bootcamps. Separately, freelance UiPath development for an acquaintance's Amazon e-commerce business. Also Azure VM & FinOps management (up to 70% cloud cost reduction for a Lotte affiliate's RPA), M365 tenant admin (1,000+ accounts), and support for government-funded project applications and reports (includes Jul–Oct 2019 Valuesys dispatch).
Built and operated the graduate admissions system, provided 1-on-1 student counseling, and supported international faculty with English research grant proposals (B.B.A., Sejong University, 2016).
